Team Appreciation

Hey everyone,

Today post is about appreciating the team I get to work with. I have been blessed with talented team of galbosses who makes MAGANO brand great. 5 things that I really Love about them are that they're;

1. Committed to the vision of the brand. Their purpose resonates with the mandate of the brand.

2. Understand what is on my heart. They work extremely hard to understand my accent and communicate clearly to unpack it.

3. Strive for excellence. They have the willingness to do whatever it takes to correct errors and working within the budget.

4. Serve with the future in mind. We are forever dreaming on the future where things will look better than what they are now. 

5. Celebrate hard. Whenever a dress sells we do a crazy dance in our chats and laugh at our mistakes.
